At AnywhereOxygen, we are committed to providing reliable, FAA-approved portable oxygen concentrators with exceptional service and full transparency. Our policies are designed to protect both you and our business while ensuring a smooth experience.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind? If your concentrator is still factory-sealed, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 5% processing fee. That fee only covers what the card companies charge us to run and reverse the payment, nothing more. You arrange and pay for insured return shipping, and once the sealed unit arrives back at our warehouse, we issue your refund to the original payment method.

Opened units can’t be returned. A portable oxygen concentrator is a medical device, and once the seal is broken we can’t resell it as new. So please don’t open the box until you’re sure it’s the right unit for you.

If your unit arrives defective or stops working, that’s not a return, that’s a warranty claim. Every concentrator we sell ships new with its full factory warranty, and we’ll walk you through the process.

Prescription Cancellation / 5% Fee Policy

A valid prescription is required prior to shipment. If a valid prescription cannot be produced prior to shipment, 5% of your order total will be retained to cover payment processing costs on both the original charge and the refund. This fee applies universally to all pre-shipment cancellations, with no exceptions or waivers.

Prescription Verification Policy A valid prescription is required prior to shipment of any portable oxygen concentrator.

  • How to Submit Your Prescription After placing your order, you will receive an email with prescription submission instructions, and a member of our team will reach out to help. Reply directly to that email with your prescription attached, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Review Timeline Our team reviews prescriptions within 24–48 business hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as your prescription is verified or if we need additional information.

  • What Happens If Your Prescription Cannot Be Verified If we are unable to verify a valid prescription, 5% of your order total will be retained to cover payment processing costs (see Prescription Cancellation / 5% Fee Policy above).

  • Prescription Help Not sure how to get your prescription? Book a free consultation. Prescriptions stay between you and your doctor, so we can’t write or obtain one for you. What we can do: tell you exactly what to ask your doctor’s office for, and once you have your prescription we handle verification and every detail before your order ships. Most customers find one call to their doctor’s office is all it takes.

  • Shipping Options: We offer standard shipping to most U.S. locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Signature Requirement: Most POC shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Warranty Policy AnywhereOxygen stands behind the quality of our portable oxygen concentrators. Most models include a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–5 years depending on the model), covering defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Warranty Process: Contact our support team to initiate a claim. We will guide you through troubleshooting or arrange repairs/replacement as needed.

  • Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. See the product’s user manual for specific terms.

  • Extended Warranties: Optional extended plans are available for select models at checkout.
